A Ghanaian man has ignited a conversation on cultural representation and linguistic inclusivity following his visit to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park.

Man questions Ga omission at memorial park

The Ghanaian man said he had observed a potential gap in the memorial park's approach to cultural inclusivity.

In the video, he highlighted that the welcome signage has greetings in English, Twi, and Ewe but none written in Ga.

The visitor decided to raise questions about unity in Ghana and commitment to representing all of the nation's cultures equally.

"Considering that the museum is located in Accra, it is surprising that Ga is not included in the welcome inscriptions."

The man also asked his colleague whether the absence of a Ga translation was unfair, and he agreed with him.
