Shatta Wale dares EOCO boss after release
In the days leading up to his performance, Shatta Wale had been released on bail by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), where he had been detained.
Shortly after his release, he went on TikTok live expressing gratitude to Raymond Archer, the Executive Director of EOCO, for his assistance.
However, during his concert at the Homowo Festival, the mood shifted dramatically. Shatta Wale did not hold back as he expressed his disdain for the legal troubles he has faced, emphasising that he fears no one in Ghana.

On the August 26 episode of his morning show, Onua Maakye, Captain Smart labelled Shatta Wale's arrest as “senseless,” arguing that the controversial artist had merely been a victim of unfortunate circumstances.
